The Day was beautiful, but the prior week wet. Most of the fields were flooded. There is nothing Like the March game at Skirmish to test those water proofing techniques!

Timmy was playing a pistol game. He was able to brag, "20 shots, 2 enemies eliminated." Jim was in the 500 shots, 3 elimination region.

The outfits were not as outrageous as other years, but a few players made the effort. The game was well run. The "business" of Skirmish is vastly improved over these three years since out last trip. They built stores, registration and restrooms outside the field entrance. They maintained the on field fill station, food barn, tables and pavilions. It is really a nice facility now.

We drove out in the morning and back after the game to avoid the added cost of an overnight stay. It worked out pretty well for us. I can say that because I did not drive. It worked out really well for me.

I am looking forward to the April game!
